February 15, 2022 9:00 AM - 10:15 AM (PST)

Description

• Using the preventive medicine analogy, the purpose of preventive law is to guide businesses on the front end to minimize business and legal exposures in the future. This is done primarily through contract negotiation and development, insurance and litigation management, due diligence, compliance, and business governance. This program will broadly explore each of these elements, helping businesses better understand and manage risks proactively.
