Description
In this 4-hour workshop, ROII Safety Services Director Bob White goes over subjects seldom discussed in the safety industry. He’ll cover employee retention, how to cultivate a workforce centered around safety and build habits that stick, best practices for hiring, and common injuries and how to avoid them. Many of the ideas discussed in this class have come from successful employers who shared information about strategies that were successful for them.
